Studio Terrace is a creative consultancy built for the enterprise furniture industry. We bring executive-level strategy, brand intelligence, and global perspective to manufacturers who are ready to define — or redefine — their place in the market.

Founded in Philadelphia, a city with its own deep heritage of craft and commerce, Studio Terrace operates where design and business strategy intersect. We believe the most enduring furniture brands are those with a story as carefully considered as the products themselves.

Our practice is intentionally selective. We work with a small number of partners at any given time, ensuring each engagement receives the depth of attention it deserves.

The Founder

Meet
Caitlin

Fifteen years. Four continents. Some of the most respected names in American furniture and design.

Before founding Studio Terrace, Caitlin built her expertise at the highest levels of the industry — holding roles at Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Sutherland, and Brown Jordan. Most recently, she served as Head of the Anthropologie Furniture Buying Team, where she led product assortment, product strategy, and brand storytelling for one of America's most beloved home brands.

Over the course of her career, Caitlin has developed furniture with factories across Asia, India, Mexico, and the United States — bringing both commercial rigor and genuine aesthetic sensibility to every partnership.

Studio Terrace was founded on a deeply held belief: that your home is where you build your life and nurture your closest relationships. A home should be a beautiful reflection of those who inhabit it. That belief shapes everything Caitlin brings to her work with enterprise manufacturers — because the products she helps bring to market ultimately find their way into people's most meaningful spaces.
